Assistant Sales Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-4 Yrs) Chhattisgarh/Bilaspur (BFSI Sales)

Positions and Accountabilities:- To locate, identify, and seize business possibilities, both immediate and long-term.- To create new business prospects in line with the sales strategy both with existing and with new customer bases.- To maintain customer retention by making sure that customers continuing expectations are satisfied.- Overseeing all day-to-day sales operations, such as prospecting, market development, service agreements, and proposals.- Monitor the field team s daily activities and provide guidance, training, and motivation to help them achieve both personal and organizational goals.- Providing instruction on items, selling techniques, lead prospecting, and closing techniques to subordinates in order to help them acquire the necessary abilities.- Checks in with any customers to ensure their satisfaction with the goods.- Proactively locating and getting in touch with potential clients, as well as following up on sales.Candidates Requirements:- Graduation is mandatory- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA incentives Other BenefitsContact Details :Shrutam P | HR TeamPhone : 91 7021418037 (ref:updazz.com)
