Bachelor s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling/Teaching with Spanish language2. Proven experience as an Academic Counselor or similar role in the education sector.3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with students of diverse backgrounds.5. Empathetic and patient approach to counseling, with the ability to actively listen and provide guidance.6. Knowledge of counseling techniques, study skills, and academic advising best practices.7.
