Job Title : Business Development ManagerIndustry Type : Agriculture & allied sectorDepartment/Group : Business Development/business opportunitiesJob Category : Full-timeLocation : Udaipur, (Raj.)Travel Required : FrequentlyPosition Type : Min 3 years experience in working on similar roles from agri inputWe are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive our business growth in both B2B and B2C segments within the agri-input industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They will work closely with other business representatives to identify and close new business deals or expand existing business opportunities.Role and Responsibilities :- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs - Arrange business meetings with prospective clients - Promote the company s products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives - Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels - Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships - Liaising with business representatives to develop sales and marketing strategies - Attending events such as exhibitions and conferences - Preparing presentations and participating in sales meetings - Take a lead role in developing new business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships - Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline for short/medium/long term in accordance with targetsQualifications and Education Requirements :- Master s degree in Agricultural/business administration, marketing, or any other related field. One must have experience in agribusiness or agribusiness development - Proven working experience as a business development manager or a relevant role- Experience in online marketing and digital sales is a plus - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM softwarePreferred Skills :- A strong sense of creativity aids in the process of thinking of new product ideas and solving problems creatively.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Experience in BD techniques - Great problem-solving skills.
-Ability to pay attention to details.
-Ability to multitask efficiently - Good business sense.
