The KAM acts as a strategic partner, understanding the client s needs and objectives to deliver tailored solutions that drive mutual growth.Responsibilities:- Client outreach: Identify and target prospective clients in global regions through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.- Product Demonstrations : Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of Live2.ai. Address questions and objections to facilitate informed decision-making.- Negotiation and Closure : Negotiate with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Skillfully negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service-level agreements to ensure successful deal closures.- Sales Growth : Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to key accounts, pipeline development, and measure performance metrics- Account Monitoring : Regularly review account performance, providing insights and recommendations to clients to optimize their use of the company s products/services.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer success to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.- Needs Assessment : Regularly engage with key account clients to understand their current and evolving needs, challenges, and goals.
