Job Description
- Work alongside & learn from best in class talent- Leadership Role- A role that offers a breadth of learning opportunitiesOur client is the best abroad education consultancy in Hyderabad with a lavishing experience of 15 years in reaching students to their dreams.The Job :Key Responsibilities :Cold Calling : Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads or databases.Product/Service Presentation : Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products or services to potential customers.Lead Generation : Identify and qualify sales leads to ensure a high conversion rate.Sales Closure : Close sales deals by persuading prospects to make a purchase or commit to a desired action.Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.Achieve Sales Targets : Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.Record Keeping : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, including sales calls, follow-ups, and outcomes.Feedback and Reporting : Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Prepare regular sales reports for management review.Ideal Candidate :- You have at least 1 year experience within a Telesales role, ideally within the Education industry.- You have working knowledge of Requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred but not required.Experience : 0-2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service.- Previous experience in a call centre or sales environment is a plus.- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate product/service features and benefits persuasively.Persistence and Resilience :- Ability to handle rejection and objections positively and persistently pursue sales opportunities.- Goal-Oriented: Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.Team Player :- Ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.Computer Proficiency :Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.Adaptability :- Ability to adapt to changing sales strategies and market dynamics.- You are a strong networker & relationship builder- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments (ref:updazz.com)
