Retail Sales Officer - Banking (1-5 Yrs) Delhi NCR/Delhi/Noida (B2C/Retail/Channel Sales)

We are looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our Retail Banking Department as a Retail Sales Officer!In this exciting role, you will be the face of India s Leading Bank, playing a pivotal role in building relationships and achieving ambitious sales targets.Job Roles and Responsibilities:- Proactively generate leads and open new accounts (CASA - Current & Savings Accounts) within the designated branch area.- Conduct outreach programs to identify and target potential customers.- Meet and exceed sales targets for new accounts and product penetration.- Deepen customer relationships by understanding their financial needs and recommending suitable -banking products (loans, credit cards, mutual funds etc.)- Effectively present and explain product features and benefits to customers.- Achieve set sales targets for various financial products.- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.- Maintain accurate and complete customer records, adhering to all KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) guidelines.- Build long-term relationships with customers and become their trusted financial advisor.Qualification and Experience:- 1-3 years of experience in sales or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills- Ability to build rapport and develop trust with customers- Customer-centric approach with a focus on achieving ambitious goals- Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office Suite)- A positive and energetic personality with a drive to succeed (ref:updazz.com)
