Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion- Conduct sales performance analysis, forecasting, and territory planning- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development- Provide training, coaching, and product knowledge to sales team- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including surgeons, hospital administrators, and purchasing decision-makers- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and new product developments- Consistently exceed sales quotas by retaining, growing and prospecting attendees within your territory- Collaborate across Gartner sales teams to drive great partnerships and client relationships, sales, and leads- Achieve annual revenue quota goals through sales and account management processes within territory- Manage sales budgets, expenses, and resourcesCandidates Requirements :- Graduation is mandatory- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA Incentives Other BenefitsContact Details :Shrutam P | HR TeamPhone: 91 7021418037 (ref:updazz.com)
