Job Description
Support the growth of the Agency Channel in the insurance sector by assisting in agent recruitment, training, sales strategy execution, and performance tracking to help achieve business targets.Key Responsibilities :- Assist in recruiting and on boarding new agents.- Support the implementation of sales strategies and monitor agent activities.- Conduct product training and provide ongoing coaching to agents.- Track sales performance and assist in setting targets.- Build relationships with agents to ensure retention and motivation.- Generate performance and market reports for management.Requirements :- 2 years in sales, with at least 1 year in insurance or agency management.- Strong communication, sales support, and coaching skills.- Bachelor s degree (MBA preferred).- Knowledge of the Indian insurance market.Contact Information :HR Team | AishwariyaPhone : 91 95584 16822 (ref:updazz.com)
