Job Description
Job responsibilities :- To lead a team of Sales Officer/Executive across the territory - Ensuring Sales & Distribution as per Business plan by building Sales & Development network in the assigned area. Achieve planned volumes through effective distribution for various brands/products, product availability & visibility.
-Design and execute field marketing activities around the products with a view to increase adoption and depth including programs to create product awareness - Expansion of retail coverage to increase the market share.
-Merchandising and visibility of company s products.
-Implement and track performance of schemes for trade partners - Oversee distribution of product, to ensure availability across the region.
-Formulate and establish efficient and effective distribution infrastructure to achieve agreed levels of services and ensure implementation to meet specified channel needs. (ref:updazz.com)
