Lead Territory Sales - Paint/CoatingsLocation - KolkataExperience: 12 - 18 YearsMust Have- Min of 7 - 8 years of recent experience in the Paints/Coatings Manufacturing industry (candidates from the inks industry are not suitable).Should have BD experience.- Ability to handle techno-commercial services, Capable of developing customers and products in consultation with cross-functional teams.- Should have experience in technical service related to paints & coatings, including formulation knowledge.Educational Qualification: Must have a B.Tech/B.E or M.Tech degree.- Open to traveling for client meetings and business development activities.- Excellent communication skillsRole Purpose:- Grow business in Paints/Coatings applications with existing/new customers with existing/new products and create partnerships with target customers in providing solutions.Increase of Specialty Black sales volume and contribution and establish PCBL as a preferred partner.Key Results Area:- To drive business growth plan set till FY30 in Paints/Coatings.
