Convert Leads to Site Visit.- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information. Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.- Suggesting solutions based on customers needs and requirements.- Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.- E-mail Communication Ideal CandidateEligibility / Qualifications:Bachelors.- Candidates should have a minimum of 1-year experience in Telesales with good communication skills.- Ability to commute/relocate. Maraimalai Nagar Chennai, Tamilnadu Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).- Fluent English is a must.
