Job Description
Responsibilities-- Identify potential customers and sell products to them, ensuring revenue generation.- Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to guide growth initiatives.
-Design and implement experiments and A/B tests to optimise conversion rates and improve key metrics.
-Continuously iterate and refine growth strategies and tactics based on insights from experiments and performance data.
-Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in growth marketing.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and integrate growth initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
-Participate in events and door-to-door sales at the site level to ensure conversionsRequirements :- Minimum 2 years of work experience- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field;- Proven experience in sales and BD, or related roles, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyse trends, and derive actionable insights.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
-Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for innovation.
-Results-oriented with a strong focus on driving measurable outcomes and ROI.
