System Engineer - Firewall/Data Security - Desktop & User Support (1-3 Yrs) Bangalore (Systems/Product Software)

JD : - Should have experience in International Client Support.
-Under supervision to evaluate, co-ordinate, test and install software/hardware provided by suppliers with appropriate controls and standards e.g. Firewalls/Data Security, DBMS, MVS software, Network software and hardware.
-Under supervision to test install software maintenance upgrades provided by suppliers.
-To provide problem diagnosis and resolution during the implementation, liaising with technical team lead, technical manager, peers, suppliers and customer/developer groups where appropriate.
-To provide limited advice guidance to other groups on technical and operational issues.
-To provide resource and expertise to support product evaluations with other : 1-3 yrs Skills : - Hardware: Good knowledge of hardware like Laptops/Desktop/Printers - Operating systems: Windows 7, 8.1 and 10 - Thorough knowledge of operating system level troubleshooting - Internet explorer troubleshooting - Microsoft office suite (Office 2010,2013 O365) troubleshooting - Network troubleshooting(LAN/Wifi/ Mobile broadband) - Network/Local Printer troubleshooting - Basic knowledge of ITIL ticket Qualification : B.E/B.Tech
