Email Campaign Specialist - Marketing Automation Platform (2-6 Yrs) Delhi NCR (Others)

Required for a Well reputed large US based International EdTech Organisation (higher Education) based in Delhi/NCR. The Marketing Team would like to hire an email campaign technical specialist (HTML/ CSS) to work on Global Marketing Automation and Email team. This person will be responsible for flawless execution of marketing campaigns with a primary focus on Email Campaign execution but a process that is applied to all channels and entails deploying accurate targeting, segmentation and coding for campaigns, deliverability and set up of daily email deployments and triggered email This person will work closely with other members of the Marketing team and across the Email campaign setup and execution: including template creation, audience segmentation and QA processes.
-Setup and deploy complex programs within our marketing automation platform (automated and single-batch) to engage new prospects and existing customers.
-Build and test email templates.
-Develop audience segmentation and logic (so you should know how to work with audience segmentation logic for email campaigns).
-Work with user attributes, and web events work which are beneficial to understanding the mechanics of audience segmentation.- - Create, schedule and deploy email campaigns and nurtures.
-Resize and modify graphics/images used within email templates - Aid in list uploads, targeting, manage opt-out requests subscriber profile updates.
-Manage and/or coordinate QA process.
-Ensure best practices are included in email campaigns. Requirements : - BE CS or MCA - Strong ability to work in HTML and CSS for email, including working with responsive layouts, conditional formatting, and optimizing for various email clients.
-Must have experience working with Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo, Pardot, etc.) - At least 2-3 yrs of working experience.
-Experience with Blueshfit, SendGrid, Litmus, Jira is a plus. Manage user attributes and web events.
-Experience in managing complex projects.
