JD : - Hands on experience in complex messaging migration environments, including hybrid O365 configuration.
-Experience conducting and supporting O365 migration, authentication and identity management.

-Experience with EMS, Federation Services and Identity Management is a plus.

Education and Experience Required : - 5 years of professional experience and a Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study; without a degree, three additional years of relevant professional experience (8 years in total). Knowledge and Skills Required : - 3 - 5 years of experience with Windows Platforms solutions with product-specific knowledge of Microsoft Windows.

-Extensive experience with standard scripting languages and techniques (VBS, PowerShell).
-Extensive knowledge and understanding of Microsoft client operating systems including Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 and their use in global enterprise environments.
-Microsoft OS 365 cloud services administration - On-premise virtualization including VMWare and Hyper-V - Cloud virtualization including Azure - Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users - Ability to work independently as well as on a team - Outstanding effective troubleshooting skills - Excellent documentation skills - Knowledge of common desktop applications such as MS Office Suite, web browsers, Etc.
