PeopleSoft Payroll Analyst/Consultant - HRMS Module (5-8 Yrs) Hyderabad (Enterprise - SAP/Oracle)

We are looking for Business Analyst with PeopleSoft (North America payroll) Client : Product based Company Work Location : Hyderabad SKILLS : 1. Experience 5 with PeopleSoft North American HRMS Tax and Regulatory research and analysis. 2. In depth understanding of PeopleSoft North American HRMS processes and procedures. A track record of successful roles in several Enterprise Application projects (including a full development and full QA lifecycle processes) 3. Ability to work closely with the regional Global Tax Regulatory team to ensure the accurate transfer and understanding of all critical information relating to each tax and regulatory change 4. Ability to work closely with development and quality assurance to ensure adherence to functional specifications and to work with the QA team to develop high-level test plans and test strategies 5. Proficient in developing Business Analysis and Functional specification documentations from regulatory and tax data. 6. Experience in the support of PeopleSoft North American HRMS operations. 7.
