Assistant Vice President - Delivery Technology (15-22 Yrs) Hyderabad (Systems/Product Software)

Job Description : - Extensive experience in writing proposals for Fixed Bid, Managed Services Application Development and Maintenance (ADM), Outcome base delivery and pricing in an Offshore/Onshore model with proven success.
-Extensive experience in Agile (Scrum), SAFe, Kanban, LEAN methodologies - To provide leadership to the Delivery managers / Senior Technical Managers / Technical Managers / Enterprise Architects / Senior Architects / Architects in running the delivery and operations and drive the architecture, build, testing, with an aim to meet and excel the customer needs.
-The AVP-Delivery has high-level responsibility for understanding, planning, and leading the delivery of Technology solutions on client projects. This individual should assume the role of the clients trusted advisor on technology-related topics including technology strategy, trends and best practices. For both clients and project teams, we expect the AVP-Delivery to frame the business value from technology initiatives and articulate this value to meet the Clients business goals and objectives.
-The AVP-Delivery will bring extensive experience and expertise in architecting and building solutions. This person will provide vision and leadership to teams involved in building and integrating applications/systems. The AVP-Delivery willdemonstrate a broad technical knowledge and flexible attitude to provide best of breed solutions for clients using both custom built and commercial packages. Should have managed a large number of verticals for more than 300 resources. SKILL REQUIREMENTS : - Responsible for writing proposals for Managed Services for Application Development and Maintenance (ADM), Outcome base delivery and and pricing in an Offshore/Onshore model.
-Responsible for Project Life Cycle Management Initiation, Pre-sales, Post-sales, Business Function & Feasibility Study, Project Scoping, Effort & Time Estimation, SOW formulation, RFP Responses, Costing & Project - Overall should have 15 years of experience on wide technology spectrum Java, J2EE, SOA, JMS,Portal, Web 3.0/2.0, SAP, Mobile, Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe and open source frameworks.
-Responsible for delivering projects inHealthcare, Logistics, Banking, Telecom, irrigation, manufacturing and construction domains.
-Accountable and Responsible for delivering a project with wide technology spectrum Java, J2EE, SOA, JMS, Portal, Web 3.0/2.0, SAP, Mobile, Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe and open source frameworks.
-Extensive experience developing highly available and highly scalable solutions - Responsible for adapting appropriate development methodology like Agile (Scrum), SAFe, Kanban and LEAN in the projects.
-Extensive experience working with onsite/offshore/nearshore model with a distributed team using distributed Agile process.
-Responsible for defining delivery metrics across all the projects for measuring delivery, quality and performance of the projects.
-Should have a quality delivery mindset and try to deliver zero defect software.
-Budgeting, Resource Allocation, Scheduling, Risk Management and Execution & Control Planning.
-Continuous presentations on offering, capabilities and case studies to bring awareness to the customer about the current business.
-Accountable for business development and growth both existing customer and new customers, involved in Presales activities for the business growth.
-Effective budget management, cost management, operation management, deliver high quality within the defined budget.
-Responsible for designing and executing budget, performance review system to fit the organization needs and control the cost and attrition.
-Responsible for developing two-layer approach for developing leadership in the company, defined the process and plan for succession of employees in the organization.
