Brillio - Dynamic 365 Senior Architect (12-16 Yrs) Pune (Systems/Product Software)

Responsibilities : - Conduct assessment of existing Dynamics implementations and report issues and gaps - Play the role of Lead Architect for Dynamics 365 practice for Brillio - Engage with business and IT stakeholders to elicit and document requirements - Perform feasibility analysis of business requirements, from implementation point of view - Develop solution architecture for end to end implementation on Dynamics 365 platform including Knowledgebase, Sales, Service, USD, Chatbot and LiveX, IVR integration - Evaluate and Design/propose technical solution options - Analyze and design the underlying data model, data flows, interfaces, integration points, etc.
-Oversee the development and quality assurance efforts to provide the technical guidance whenever required - Participate and lead technical discussions with team as well as all other stakeholders - Engage with CXO level stakeholders and conduct solution workshops - Need for travel to different client locations for requirements Skill set : - 12 years of architecture and design experience with at least 6 years in Dynamics CRM with 3 years on Dynamics 365 - Led 2 - 3 architecture and consulting engagements on Dynamics - Experience in 6 end to end implementations on Dynamics NAV/CRM/AX/USD - Can translate business problems into system architecture - Proficiency in configuration and customization in Dynamics - In depth understanding and experience in implementing single signon, web security, Salesforce application security - Understanding of MS CRM concepts, business processes and supporting MS CRM functionality.
-Knowledge of MS .net development is must - Plugin, WCF, SSRS, Fetch XML, SDK, Scribe and IFD.
-Independently Drive Proof of Concepts, Demo, Presentations and positioning in front of C-Level Executives.
-Ability to envision, architect, and evangelize CRM / xRM enterprise solutions within our prospects and clients.
-Proven experience in project management selling consulting engagements which includes estimating, scoping, execution approach and converting that to a client proposal, that clearly articulates our proposed solution.
-Ability to articulate architectural differences between solution methods and the challenges and approaches to integrating solutions built on different platforms including a working knowledge of different architectural frameworks that may be used by our customers.
-Ability to move between high level architectural review / design and doing all phases of a CRM / xRM delivery project.
-Knowledge of system architecture.
-Hands on knowledge of Agile/scrum expertise and Integration / Data migration.
-Exposure to new Dynamics 365 CRM features like D365 Portal, USD, Voice of customer etc.
-Certifications in D365 - Basic and advanced.
-Expertise in Mule, SmartConnect integration
