About the Role : Technology Architecture consultant to create overarching technology solutions to meet Clients Business requirements for their digital and Contact Centre requirement. Technology architect will be directly responsible for : - Anchoring key customers by providing architecture and design solutions for business and technical requirement - Researching and assessing new technologies and ICT services - Work with Account Management, Business Operations, Client Services, Information Security, and Technology Services teams to develop solutions that meet multiple internal stakeholder needs including business, fulfilment, operations, security, and compliance needs - In addition to external opportunities, identify existing internal capabilities that can be leveraged to advance our service offerings - Introduce and promote technology related services that complement our core legal and corporate market products resulting in incremental revenue opportunities - Conducting functional/technical workshops and trainings as and when required Location : Mumbai/Bangalore Desired Skills and Experience : - Bachelors degree in IT related field or equivalent, 10 years of total experience with 5 years of experience in Architecture consulting experience. Management degree / certification will be added advantage.
-Delivered multiple consulting engagements in Contact Centre technology for BFSI/Telecom/Consumer/Health Care Domain - Healthcare domain understanding will be an added advantage - Understanding of Operating Plans, Financials (Costing and Budgeting) and Cost/Benefit analysis - Proven team building, negotiation, influencing skills and relationship management are essential - Self-starter, highly motivated, passionate, enthusiastic and - CAN-DO- attitude - Strong presentation and communications skills to make both strategic and tactical recommendations and effectively communicate with Senior and Executive Management and service partners - Experience with mentoring non architecture teams, motivating and leading by example - Strong Experience in Contact center operations and CRM - Experience in other Telephony, an added advantage - Experience working in different Geos an added advantage - US, Canada, UK, Philippines and India
