Eli Research - Software Support Engineer - .Net/ASP/C# (3-5 Yrs) Faridabad (Systems/Product Software)

JD : - Research and identify solutions to software/application issues - Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration - Provide issues resolution within agreed time limits - Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers) - Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers - Ensure all issues are properly logged - Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time - Prepare accurate and timely reports - Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals Requirements: - Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role - Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues - Working experience on C#, ASP.NET framework, SQL Server, MVC Patterns, WebAPI, java script, HTML5, CSS3 - Familiarity with SSIS, SSRS and Architecture styles like REST, RPC - Understanding of Agile/Kanban methodologies - Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal - Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
