Technical Lead - PHP/MySQL (5-15 Yrs) Bangalore/Delhi NCR/Gurgaon/Gurugram (Online/Mobile/Web)

We are looking for someone who can lead and manage a team of web and mobile engineers and designers. The technical lead will join our senior leadership team and will be responsible to recruit, manage and lead the team of web and mobile engineers and designers. This role is a great opportunity for anyone who is passionate about creating impact in the life of low-income family students via technology enabled career guidance programs. Our Tech stack: MySQL, PHP (Laravel), Vue.js, AWS Experience/ Commencement: 5-10 years minimum proven record in leading and managing tech teams in product companies - Involve in Client Requirement gathering, Time estimation and analysis as well as preparation of Requirement Specification, Functional Specification, Technical Specification, - Initial Approach document and scheduling of the project - Team management - Handling a team of developers and designers - Delegating tasks to team members, leading and motivate team, resolve technical problems of team members whenever they struck - Co-coordinating with client for the proper implementation of the project during the development phase - Responsible for right implementation and development of the solution using predefined standards - Re-factoring (optimization) the code or query during development phase If required developing (coding) and implementing solution proposed for new module or for modifying the existing module to client using PHP, MySQL
