Recharge - Engineering Head/Co-Founder/CTO - Agile Product Development Methodology (3-10 Yrs) Bangalore (Systems/Product Software)

We are a Services startup (just launched) platform for entrepreneurs. It is from here we require a CTO/Co founder who can take over the technical stack for our business as well assist in fund-raising. Post the fund raising, we intend to disrupt the other verticals on this platform. Preference to people with full stack development experience Founder : The founder has about 17 years of experience in Business Strategy and Business Development, Consulting startups and Business improvement. Job Description : - We are looking for CTO/Co-founder with 3-10 years of experience who is passionate to build and grow a startup from scratch, has strong experience in Agile Product development methodology, building technology blocks, help answer choice of certain platform/tech over other, Product engineering and software development for Mobile App & web design development).
-The CTO should be hands on coding, have good command on at least 1-2 programming languages, good understanding of software technology product platform in Web and Mobile, cloud, AI, ML, System Infrastructure, Design and would be responsible to develop & drive the technology vision.
-The idea is to build the best-in-class team in the space and drive innovation through the business model and use of technology. Primary Responsibilities : 1. Work with the Founder in building the vision, architecture, team, technology stack and platform 2. Should constantly keep yourself updated with all new trends, technologies and approaches that could make our product better. 3. Post the investor funding, Recruit, hire and lead the technology team & related vendors 4. Help build, manage, and validate a Tech Roadmap for its Products. 5. Architecture Practices : At startup, the dynamics of change; changes very fast. Making sure that best practices are defined and followed by team is very important. 6. Methodology : With time, help build progressive learning culture and establish predictable model of envisioning, designing and developing products. 7. Given that, CTO is an executive Tech leader, its easy for him/her to understand the business opportunities which Re-charge Product could create. CTOs bring the perspective of tech as a differentiator for startup. 8. Help in building a great place to work, which is a lot of fun & develops great team spirit. Work Experience : (Work experience from a startup is a plus) in software development full lifecycle in Web, Mobile, Cloud, AI & ML. Education qualification : B Tech from IITs/IIITs/ BITS/NITs/top rated engineering college CTC : Salary after getting funding from the investors. We plan to start meeting investors in the very near future and expect to raise funding in next 4-6months. Till then the CTO needs to manage on self-financial support basis. Equity : - Equity component can range from 3-10% and would depend on commitment bringing on the table, relevant experience, qualification, full stack development experience, any funding contribution by CTO as well as if the CTO is joining full time or part time (along with his/her job) - Equity component comes with a 4 years vesting and 1 year cliff. Position : 1) Co-founder cum CTO status, building team from scratch and complete freedom to lead technology aspect of startup. 2) You will get to work on an original idea and will get many thought leadership opportunities.
