Product Specialist - Python/Java (2-5 Yrs) Noida (Systems/Product Software)

Responsibilities : - Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
-Track record in maintaining an extremely high customer satisfaction rating.
-Preferred Technical background with some Mobile Device Troubleshooting either iOS or Android.
-Desktop Troubleshooting - Comfortability with basic Unix/Linux or CMD Command Line usage ssh, scp, cat, nano, grep, etc - OS X or Linux experience preferred.
-Beginner Scripting Experience with any language - JAVA, Bash, Python or VBScript preferred.
-Should be able to declare variables and understand loops and arrays.
-Good writing skills for responding to customers over emails.
-Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload with minimal supervision.
-Be familiar with (or willing to learn) : Appium, UFT, ZenDesk, Atlassian.
-Candidates from Testing background preferred. Can join in short duration.
