At Pharmeasy, we are looking for talented Product Managers to build world class products. Ideal candidate would be customer obsessed, business savvy, highly analytical and show strong bias for action. Key Responsibilities : - Be a Customer Champion: Prioritize customer needs, establish a shared vision, formulate product strategy, develop roadmaps - Own the Product: Design features, experiment, own feature release, measure results and iterate - Own the Product Analytics: Analyze product and customer data to drive all decisions for the product - Own the Product Analytics: Analyze product and customer data to drive all decisions for the product - Collaborate to Drive: Collaborate with Business Teams, User Experience, Engineering Teams and QA to drive multiple projects Desired Skills / Experience : - 3 years of experience in product management and analytics with overall 6 years of work experience - Hands-on with design, mock-ups / wireframing, iterating to solve user experience hurdles - Experience in managing the growth of a product and building requisite feature sets - Excel at communication and are comfortable with playing a lead role - Independent self-starter who thrives in connecting people with ideas and have a strong entrepreneurial drive - Make smart data driven trade-offs through experimentation when building products - Experience in product analytics (user acquisition, monetization, user engagement, A/B testing, multi-variate testing, etc). Exceptional data analysis skills with strong attention to detail (SQL and Excel) We are looking for PMs with one or more of the following : - Previous experience in e-commerce domain - Degree in Computer Science or coding experience
