Job Description : - Technical Support Level 1 responds to and diagnoses problems based on support ticket - Setup meeting with end user if more details are needed to understand the problem - Fix the issue by logging-in to customer org or point them to right tutorial - Help refining knowledge base and product documentation Benefits : - Work from home option and flexible working hours - Full time, Long term opportunity Roles And Responsibilities : - Functions as the first line of support for the end user - Review ticket, provide resolution or escalate issue to technical team if its a bug in the product or needs custom development - This Job requires working in minimum 3-4 overlap with US timezones. Skills / Competencies : - Salesforce (SFDC) Admin/Customization hands-on experience - Experience with SFDC appexchange apps preferred - Excellent Analytical Skills - Good communication skills - SFDC certification a plus Other requirements : - Need to have a laptop and internet connection - Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills as our customers are globally located - Excellent problem-solving skills - The desire to continue advancing technical skills and knowledge.
