AVP/Project Manager - Program Management (17-28 Yrs) Mumbai (Systems/Product Software)

Educational Qualifications : Must have : BE-IT / B Tech /Comps / 18 years of experience Preferable/Added Advantage : If experience in CTCL products, capital market domain understanding, brokerage house experience with knowledge in Web, Mobile development projects. Key Responsibilities : - Program /Project Management - Vendor delivery management - Budgeting cost tracking - Program benefits management - Risk escalation and management - Strictly adhering to deadlines - Relationship management /Customer management - Stakeholder Management - Weekly, bi-weekly, monthly reporting to top Excellent project/program management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication - Able to lead team and manage people effectively and efficiently - Good technical understanding of C#.Net, SQL understanding - Designing expert and able to guide team with implementation of design - Understanding of capital market, derivatives market would be added advantage - CTCL experience is must - Good presentation/reporting skills - In-depth experience of SDLC lifecycles such as waterfall, agile etc - Excellent vendor management skills - Aware of DevOps practices - ITIL understanding is added advantage
