Hiranandani Financial Services - Manager - IT Core Applications (5-10 Yrs) Mumbai (Systems/Product Software)

The incumbent will be required to : - Manage and analyse business requirements with ability to prioritize.
-Write detailed descriptions and analysis of user needs, business impacts and systems functionality for software development life cycle.
-Provide and review estimates at the project level.
-Understands the project schedule and plans/prioritizes the work schedule for a team and meets time deadlines consistently - Take ownership of projects assigned with successful deliveries, to recognize and escalate situations as deemed necessary - Address and resolve all issues utilizing the available resources in a timely and proficient manner. Need to have : - Prior work experience in Loan Origination System, Loan Management System and Reconciliation.
-Complete knowledge of Loan life cycle and Reconciliations with experience in application support and testing.
-Good knowledge of requirement analysis and project management.
-Understanding of retail lending life-cycle is a must.
-Adept in working with SQL/DB tools - Know-how of infrastructure understanding for overall application deployment - Experienced in Vendor management - Ability to write detailed descriptions and analysis of user needs business impacts and systems functionality for software development life cycle.
