Technical Support Engineer (3-6 Yrs) Hyderabad (Others)

We are having openings for our Client HCL, H yderabad. Mandatory Skills : Google Adwords, JavaScript,Sql, Online Advertising. Role : Support Engineer Skills : Technical Support, SQL, Online Advertising - BS in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical discipline preferred - Minimum 3 years- experience in a technical support or software development organization (Tier 3 experience preferred), in the online industry for a high volume commercial website or service, Organic & Paid search experience preferred - Minimum 1 year experience using SQL required with ability to manipulate data rapidly and use complex joins - Professional with experience in online advertising like Microsoft Advertising (formerly Bing Ads), Google AdWords, etc., social media, marketing and/or project management preferred - Good understanding of JavaScript, HTML, HTTP/HTTPS, JSON protocol and syntax, and/or - Experience in analyzing and using API web services using SOAP UI - Experience with Excel and Outlook and Microsoft suite of standard programs.
-Should be ready to work night shifts and weekend - Advanced problem-solving ability to drive great customer service and strong team relationships - Ability to analyze and visualize large data sets - Experience working with remote/virtual teams; ability to collaborate across boundaries - Work well independently, ability to manage ones time, as well as strong cross and group collaboration and interpersonal skills; Work in a team environment leveraging others- ideas, contributing to others- success - Willingness to embrace change; desire to learn and always improve - English language skills including strong verbal and written communication skills required for all levels of stakeholders.
