JD : Mandatory Skills : - Knowledge of web-based systems - Knowledge of Java and J2EE - Knowledge of automation tools like Selenium, Sahi will be an added advantage - Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns. Preferred Skills : - Thorough understanding of SDLC, specifically around automated QA processes in agile development - Knowledge of Operating Systems like LINUX, Windows - Proficient with requirement/bug tracking toolsets used in development processes - Proficient working with relational database management systems - Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment required - Self-starter willing to learn and adapt to new technologies Personal Traits : - Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Roles Responsibility : - Understand Functional Specification, Technical Design in development of tools / automation for the QA team - Provide automation expertise to Development and QA team - Must research, recommend and implement tools as needed. The goal is to increase automation across the board - Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle - Write well designed, testable, efficient code - Prepare and produce releases of software components - Show continuous improvement by recommending/investigating alternatives and technologies Education Experience : - Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent - 6-9 Yrs Experience in Automation testing
