Technology Consultant - Housing Finance Domain (6-12 Yrs) Mumbai (Systems/Product Software)

We are looking for an experienced technology consultant for a 12 months contractual role with an option to move permanently with a global management consulting firm.
-Our client, a Global management consulting firm is working with an NBFC in Mumbai and requires a collections & recovery consultant with prior experience of working within housing finance for any type of lending institution - NBFC, HFC, Banks etc.
-They are working on an end-to-end business transformation programme for an NBFC seeking to accelerate their growth and need a senior technology expert to help them execute the future tech architecture as designed by client and bring in the necessary technology partners. Theyd be working to set up a more mature technology function with the aim of establishing strong foundations for future growth. Key skills and experience needed : - Strong technologist who has worked in the technology function within a bank NBFC or equivalent lending institution in India or has worked for a bank /NBFC as a client.
-Ideally experience of 6-8 years within an NBFC and specifically housing finance (ideal but not mandatory).
-Executor with the ability to communicate to business and technology stakeholders and proven track record of successful implementation/delivery.
-Worked in a project/programme environment - Thrives in fast paced agile environment and able to bring clarity to ambiguous and ill-defined situations.
-Strong communicator.
-Supplier assessment, selection and management.
-Good reputation and network within the NBFC/lending industry as well as within the technology community.
-Strong understanding of the necessary - hygiene- technology capabilities for a business of this nature as well as knowledge of more progressive approaches and use cases for using technology within lending.
