Senior Analyst Programmer - Java (7-9 Yrs) Mumbai (Systems/Product Software)

We- re looking for Senior Analyst Programmer to be a member of a skilled, results-oriented team. Weve been developing web applications based on custom needs for our various esteemed clients, and we want someone with as much passion for the Java as we have. If you have a good base of skills, you may be the person we are looking for. JOB PURPOSE : - Develop application using Java, spring, hibernate, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX as per need/Client specifications - This is a hands-on role which involves writing code, testing, and deploying finished web applications and libraries. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY : - Design, rapid prototype, and implement a scalable, reliable and maintainable java web application - Enforce code quality through test driven development.
-Enhance, refactor, and continuously improve the existing codebase.
-Collaborate closely with team to define product requirements - Aggressively collect, analyze, and act on data about product performance - Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical people.
-Proactive in keeping your skills fresh ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE : - 7-9 years overall development experience - Excellent working knowledge of core Java, spring, hibernate, jQuery, JavaScript, AJAX - Good understanding of OOAD, OOP, and design patterns - Experience in working with databases - MySQL EDUCATION : - Minimum education: Any Graduate . BE/B.Tech would be desirable.
-Languages: Excellent English written & spoken.
