Machine Learning Professional/Data Scientist - Python/SQL/R (1-4 Yrs) Mumbai (Systems/Product Software)

Title : Machine Learning Professional/Data Scientist Role - The Data Scientist will enable company with analytical models to improve intelligence of products / marketing channels.
-This position combines technical knowledge of R, Python, SQL tools with strong data problem solving skills. In addition, they will be responsible for understanding the functional requirements of business and product tools.
-Additionally, this position requires a person to jointly collaborate and develop model implementation using advance algorithms on supervised learning / unsupervised learning / machine learnings etc. Responsibilities : - Building Advanced Analytical / Predictive Models.
-The person is responsible for designing and developing data-driven products and features.
-Apply machine learning algorithms to improve intelligence of products like recommendation engines / auto generation of partner preference values.
-Work with product managers and designers to build amazing consumer facing data driven products.
-Achieve ground breaking work in solving complex problems like Fraud Detection / Auto Screening / Payment Propensity / Recommendation Engines.
-Understand and apply algorithms related to text mining / image recognition / logistic regression etc.
-Strong skills in identifying the right model, assess its accuracy and efficiency / pros / cons of each model.
-A strong track record and demonstrable interest in mining and analysing data, looking for stories, patterns, trends and insights.
-Translate business problems into Analytical problem and analytical output to business decision.
-Should be able to independently test, implement and validate scoring models - Able to work with large volumes of activity user data - Manage Serve multiple analysis requests simultaneously. Requirements : - Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics or Computer science; Masters preferred - 3-4 years experience in statistical / machine learning experience .
-Fluency in scripting language like R / Python.
-Problem solver using algorithms.
-Critical thinking: ability to track down complex data and engineering issues, evaluate different algorithmic approaches, and analyze data to solve problems.
-Expert SQL M.S. Excel skills.
-Ability to coordinate effectively with team members in engineering, design, and product - Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority - Demonstrated success in defining goals, formulating approach, building analytical models and continuous optimization.
-Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills - Ability to collaborate effectively in a matrix environment Good to have : 1. Understanding of BigData systems. 2. Good Programming Skills 3. Mumbai based 4. Goal Oriented and Quick Learner 5. Positive attitude.
