Associate Project Manager - .Net Technologies (6-9 Yrs) Bangalore (Systems/Product Software)

The candidate will : - Manage multiple software development projects - Manage teams of size from 2 people to 15 people - Maintain regular communication with project stake holders - Help the sales team with Pre Sales activities - providing tech suggestions, project estimates and project proposals.
-Perform Business Analysis on their projects as required - Mentor team members to improve their performance - Ensure the team is always optimally utilized - Manage team members working remotely, at our own centres or our Partners centres.
-Set objectives for your team members every quarter - Review your team members- performance every quarter - Participate in Product Development initiatives - Be accountable for meeting billing targets - Be accountable for delivering projects within budget and hence maintaining project profitability Requirements : You must have : - At least 6 years of experience in Software Development - At least 6 years of hands on experience in Software Programming - At least 1 years of experience leading a team - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills - Been part of .NET based web development projects - A Bachelors Degree You may have : - Worked on Mobile software development projects - Worked on Desktop software development projects - Worked on Web based software development projects other than .NET - A Degree in IT related course.
