Radisys IT is looking for an experienced Web Development Manager to lead a full stack development project. Experience : 10-12 years Educational Qualification : BE or BTech or MS computer science with 70% Role : Web Development Manager Description : - Leading a team of back-end, front-end, and full-stack engineers - Lead the charge on mission-critical Web application and integration projects for Radisys - Lead technical architecture to build new systems from ground up - Effectively define scope and manage projects - Taking end to end ownership of systems - Define sprints and works as a scrum master. Core Requirements : - 10 years- experience in complex Web application development and platforms on Python Django - Good knowledge of microservices deployment model - Understanding of docker and Jenkins tools - Experience in building responsive websites - Ability to create nice UI and UX - 2-3 years- experience managing complex projects and team - Ability to interact with technical team members and stakeholders to manage/set expectations - Should be hands on but also have a broader perspective to develop a good architecture - Knowledge of Web development frameworks, SOA/micro-services, databases, Linux, scalability and High - Ability to write complex python code - Willing to be hands-on and can work as an individual contributor Manoj
