Software Quality Assurance Lead - Automation/Performance Testing (5-7 Yrs) Noida (Others)

JOB PURPOSE: 1. Responsible for identification of software quality requirements in business solutions, co-ordination with business users and development team for effective implementation of software quality in SDLC. 2. Ensuring that quality process adds value such as faster, reliable, bug free, lesser time to market etc. in solution delivery. 3. Maintain the quality posture in JFL applications. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES : - Develop/ review test plan and test scripts based on project/ user needs, specifications and product requirements - Conduct/ participate in project walkthrough, third party quality testing team reviews and analyze documents (defect sheets etc.) to find gaps in quality process and suggest action plan - Leads the development, implementation, and maintenance of Automation framework - Design, create and maintain automated, load, performance, regression and acceptance tests to run against web and desktop applications - Evaluate the software architecture and design the test strategy - Understands complex architectures from a performance perspective and design the workload model for Performance testing. Analyse and troubleshoot the problems and find root cause - Responsible for test execution, analysis of results and reporting - Collaborate with the developers to achieve expected quality levels in business solutions - Conduct technical training, design and code reviews, and resolve technical issues for the test automation suite QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS : - Qualification - B. Tech. (Computer Science/ IT) - Relevant experience of minimum 5 years in QA. Retail experience is preferable - Minimum 1 year experience in managing and leading QA team - Proficiency in SDLC methodologies, Quality testing in various stages of SDLC, - Minimum 2 years of working experience of Software Quality testing tools like QTP, Selenium, JMeter, HP load runner, SoapUI etc.
-In-depth knowledge of functional (unit, integration, interface, system, regression, UAT etc.) and non-functional testing (configuration, load, stress, volume etc.) - Excellent communication, problem solving, project prioritization, and time management skills.
