RBS - Software Designer - Java Development (6-8 Yrs) Gurgaon/Gurugram (Systems/Product Software)

As a Software Designer, your key responsibilities will include: - We are looking for a developer with good amount of experience on designing software solutions using Java/J2EE frameworks.
-He should be able to discuss requirements with BAs and translate into design documents.
-He should be able to perform as individual contributor for critical tasks, take end to end ownership of assigned tasks.
-He should be able to do peer code reviews/estimations/Junit test cases.
-He should be able to do code debugging/identify issues in logs/code fixes.
-He should be able to provide dev support for SIT/UAT cycles. The Skills youll need : In order to be successful in this role, you must have the following skills experience : - 6-8 years of hands on experience in Java development.
-Proficient in Core Java.
-Hands on experience on Spring Framework, Integration Framework (spring integration or Apache Camel).
-Good understanding of Micro services, java messaging service.
-Good understanding of DB (SQL or No SQL).
-Good understanding of oops concepts/collections/exception handling/threading concepts.
-Should have working knowledge for maven project setup/builds.
-Should have basic knowledge of UNIX commands/services.
-Preferably with basic knowledge containerization, Docker and cloud fundamentals, preferable GCP.
-Preferably some working experience in agile methodology/JIRA.
-Proven analysis skills and the ability to effectively liaise with other teams.
-Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels across technology teams.
-Organised, methodical and thorough with a detailed and structured approach to problem solving.
-Self-starter/highly motivated person who is prepared to use their own initiative in understanding and following up issues
