Job Description : Market Research : Competitive product/feature analysis and publish reports.
-Requirement Gathering and Analysis for Software development life cycle : Prioritise requirements and documenting conceptual prototypes and mock-ups.
-Documentation of Product Features/Modules other user documentation.
-Requirement Eliciting and Management, development of User stories, and coordinating between development, designing and QA teams.
-Product Feature Delivery Verification : Product Feature Delivery Verification with FRS released - Training and Reports Walkthrough, Presentations, Training for New Product Features/Modules.
-Help support and maintain existing tools and processes Key skills and competencies required : - Good Knowledge and Understanding of E-Commerce domain.
-Sound Knowledge of software business processes.
-Preferred knowledge on Web Applications, JIRA and Confluence, MS Office suite products.
-Excellent Communication (written and verbal) and customer facing skills.
-Multi-tasking abilities and client relationship management.
