Mahindra Comviva - Test Engineer - Defect Management System (1-3 Yrs) Bangalore (Others)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : - Writing of Test cases and preparing the test suite - Execution of Test cases in controlled environment - Execute the load/performance/stress test case with the available load tool - Reporting the defects in detail in the defect management system.
-Interact with Development team for Defect Discussion Key Competencies Required : Functional : - Ability to author test cases and execute the same.
-Good Knowledge of Linux - Good Knowledge of Mysql/Oracle - Good knowledge of Functional and load Testing( Jmeter) - Well versed with Bug reporting tracking tools.
-Ability to find defects and track them to closure. Education and Experience : - BSc/BE - ISTQB foundation level Certification is desired. Personal : - Should be self starter and able to handle work pressure to meet deadlines.
-Should be an excellent communicator (Oral and written).
-Should be process oriented.
-High Energy levels and ability to work hard.
-Passion for Testing - Ability to work in shifts if needed.
