Job Description : - Provides technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration across multiple client engagements from definition phase through implementation.
-Easily recognizes system deficiencies and implements effective solutions.
-Applies significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients.
-Understands the benefits of the various programming languages and accurately suggests the use of the appropriate technology for the application.
-Maintain current knowledge of technology landscape and developments - Consolidate our technology platforms and create plans for each - Suggests alternative technical solutions to meet client requirements more efficiently, and/or with greater reusability, and / or longer life.
-Collaborating with department heads, marketing, production, and operations as advisor of all technologies involved with company - Provide leadership to department heads in a fashion that supports the companys culture, mission and values.
-Studying current and new industry trends, technologies, and software development - Represent the technological agenda in staff meetings and when making hiring decisions - Studying information processing systems to evaluate effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement - Spearhead IT projects to increase our market reach and improve our USP - Keeps project manager well informed about status of development effort and serves as liaison between development staff and project manager and/or client across multiple projects.
-Defines, communicates and enforces coding standards.
-Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture - Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients.
-Anticipates clients- needs and proposes alternative technical solutions.
-Continually seeks and capitalizes upon opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
-Evokes creative and innovative thinking from team members while helping them to bring their ideas and career plans to fruition.
-Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics - Serves as key participant in team and client meetings.
-Identifying opportunities for web and mobile services - Easily recognizes areas for internal improvement and develops plans for implementation.
