With WhiteMonk, you will work with global and local clients and help create stunning digital marketing experiences for them that drive sales leads and customer engagement. Responsibilities : - Independently design and implement new features and functionality - Lead and train development team - Establish websites architecture - Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS - Helping formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme and plugin.
-Work with competitive timelines with constrained resources Skills and Qualifications : - Proficiency in writing scalable HTML/CSS and JavaScript - Analytical skills that enable solving complex issues - 5 years professional development experience with LAMP - 4 years professional development experience with Wordpress - 4 years professional development experience with JavaScript front-end web application frameworks (like AngularJs, Node.js, GruntJS and Sass) - Familiarity with SVN (like GitHub) - Working knowledge of multiple CMS / E-commerce systems (like WooCommerce and Magento) - Good communication skills preferred - Prior team management experience preferred
