Hitachi MGRM - Node.js Developer - HTML5/CSS3 (2-5 Yrs) Gurgaon/Gurugram (Online/Mobile/Web)

The key aspects of the job will entail the following : - To focus on the development of all server-side systems - To define, create and maintain parts of the database system - To create and own a high-performance and low latency API system which may be accessed from any interface - web, mobile or automated systems - To integrate verify the front-end elements built by your colleagues into the application - to work with Architect Product Owner on the middle tier, business logic, system integration, functionalities and its integration with frontend and backend and other peer systems - Know-how of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3 - Understanding of accessibility and security compliance - Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application - Should know the differences between multiple deliveries platforms, such as mobile vs. desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform - To Create database schemas that represent and support business processes - To Implement automated testing platforms and unit tests - Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6 or higer) - Demonstrable experience of server-side JS development (> 3 years) - Knowledge of Node.js is a must along with a server-side framework - Knowledge of Express, koa, hapi would be an added advantage - Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds - Knowing how to write your own unit tests using Jasmine, Mocha along with Jest or Karma - Good understanding of server-side template languages and server-side CSS pre-processors - Strong knowledge of at least of these RDBMS (MySQL, Postgres, SQL Server or Oracle); - Good understanding of Mongo - Good understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git, ability to find your way around Linux systems.
