Sr PROJECT MANAGER Location - Noida /Mumbai Experience - 14 - 16 Years CTC - 16 -18 Lakhs Technology - IT Systems Job Description : Certifications : PMI/ CMM/ ISO/ ITIL/ Six Sigma (Optional) Role Description : - The role holder is responsible for handling complex customer projects from design and development to production with end to end delivery responsibility and ensuring delivery excellence.
-He/She is responsible for managing the entire program, work with relationship manager on all engagements and handle issues / escalations at middle level customer base. Qualification Experience - B. Tech / BE/ MBA / MCA - 14 years of experience in IT industry with at least 2 years of experience as a Sr. Project Manager handling multiple projects on IT Infrastructure Cloud services. Infrastructure set up experience is added advantage.
-Handling IT Infra teams with more than 40-100.
-Overseas exposure preferred - Experience with application outsourcing and transition management (at least 2 engagements) - Experience and understanding of various delivery models (onsite/offshore) - Experience in industry quality standards like PMI, CMM, ISO, ITIL, Six Sigma, etc.
-Project Management: Planning project activities viz. scoping, estimation, tracking, change management and delivery management. Implementing project plans within pre-set budgets and deadlines.
-Data Centre Operations Management: Implementing Infrastructure devices including co-location of (Servers, Applications, Network, Database) platforms across different geography.
-Customer Relationship Management - Aligning solution to client strategic goals; monthly service delivery reviews; presenting solutions and proposition; periodic meeting with client management on engagement health, joint issues resolution, customer satisfaction survey and feedback implementation.
-People Management: Managing recruitment, training and selection of Database Administrators as well as organizing, planning, and staffing operations. Identifying the teams training development needs and conducting appropriate training programs Skills Must have : IT Infrastructure Cloud services.PMI, CMM, ISO, ITIL, Six Sigma,outsourcing and transition management Working Days : 5 Days a week Job Nature : Full Time
