Solution Architect - ERP Integration (10-20 Yrs) Bangalore (Systems/Product Software)

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect - ERP Integration for one of our Pharma clients in Bangalore. Notice Period - 15 Days (Mandatory) /Immediate Location : Bangalore Job Descriptions : - The Solution Architect leads the Engineering practice of MBS-T Application Technology. He is responsible for providing state of the art solutions and services for non-Core ERP solutions (i.e. SAP Cloud Platform, HP ALM testing documentation, ARIS process modeling, Winshuttle automation, etc.) - This role requires strong technical knowledge of the application data integration landscape combined with a deep understanding of the underlying application architecture and infrastructure component Responsibilities : - Define strategic technology and applications directions toward application stability, development agility and cost effectiveness. Lead and troubleshoot solution design of application architecture to the project teams based on approved standard and strategy. Evaluate and build recommendations for 3rd party product integration - Searching out new concepts, software solutions, recommend implementation methodologies and provide internal consulting services to the Service Delivery organization.
-Operational Execution of Work with internal as welt as External Experts - Incident Management - Problem Management - Change and Release Management - Project Delivery - Design, development, Cutover and sustain. Skill Competencies : - Infrastructure knowledge - Unix, DBA experience Competencies : - Deep knowledge in software and data integration implementation - Strong interpersonal and organizational skills - Strong written and oral communication skills - Willingness to travel - Ability to make difficult decisions and act autonomously - Technologically-engineering mindset meaning interested and keen to search and get to know new best practise applications and services to pursue to digital agenda of Merck - Ability to fast-learn new solutions and technology - Experience in any of DMS, SAP portal, LRS, Winshuttle, SCP, ARIS, HP ALM/UFT is an asset Education/Professional Experience : - Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent in Computer Sciences and/or Business Administration - 12-year experience in software or applications services - 5-years experience within an international environment
