Infrastructure Team Lead - ITSM/ITIL (8-12 Yrs) Delhi NCR (Others)

Job brief : Responsibilities : - Lead in the delivery of ICT infrastructure projects as directed by the Head of Company.
-Deliver an excellent technical service to customers.
-Advise technical review of new business model and issues.
-Manage the procurement of ICT equipment and associated expenditure in line with companys financial strategy.
-Manage office IT environment with respective team member.
-Support team members to achieve their goals and contribute to organization.
-Encourage team members to improve themselves and promote active learning environment within team.
-Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
-Implement, maintain and improve ITSM process with ITIL framework, includes produce and maintain appropriate documentation to the defined ICT team standards.
-Manage the inventory of the companys IT equipment and perform periodic audit of it.
-Identify, review and mitigate service area risk.
-Ensure that the Groups information security policy is adhered to at all times, and be responsible for reporting and documenting any security breaches.
-Contribute to the development of strategy and lead on the formulation and implementation of policy - Be responsible for the development, management and maintenance of all servers and associated operating systems - Manage the daily, weekly and monthly system administration tasks on all network hardware and provide monthly performance reports to the Head of company on systems and application performance.
-In line with the Group business continuity plan, implement a capacity planning and ICT disaster recovery strategy - Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools - Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability - Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes - Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies - Manage vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution Basic Qualifications : - Proven working experience in system/service administration as a team leader of ICT - BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject - Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting UNIX/Linux based environments.
-Solid experience in the administration and performance tuning of application stacks (e.g.,Tomcat, Apache, Python, NGINX) - Cloud experience, preferably in AWS - Experience with virtualization and containerization (e.g., VMware, Virtual Box) - Experience with monitoring systems - Experience with CI/CD software (e.g., Puppet, cfengine, Chef, Jenkins, Hudson) - Solid scripting skills (e.g., shell scripts, Perl, Ruby, Python) - Solid networking knowledge and experience (OSI network layers, TCP/IP) - Understanding of the full web technology stack and/or mobile(TCP/IP, HTTP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, RESTful API) - Excellent communication skills including experience speaking to technical and business audiences - Good knowledge and experience of ITIL and certification - Fluency in Office365(MS word, excel, power point, office outlook) - Fluency in English Preferred Qualifications : - Certifications : LFCE, RHCE, AWS certifications - Ability to work with legal, product and other internal business owners - Experience related FinTech, e-commerce business - Experience related telecom company in India - Experience related payment gateway in India - Experience with Collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Slack)
