Crimson Interactive - Senior Data Scientist - NLP/Machine Learning (4-10 Yrs) Mumbai (Systems/Product Software)

-We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist who will lead the team from the technology standpoint.
-You will identify and implement the best data-driven methodologies considering the product requirements and guide the team in delivering meaningful results. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will serve as the technology leader driving the vision of the product. Key responsibilities : - Connect with key technical and nontechnical stakeholders to understand and identify the product requirements - Design, develop and implement advanced data-driven approaches including NLP, machine learning algorithms, text mining, etc.
-Work with very large data sets (both structured and unstructured) and improve the quality of data analysis.
-Design, develop and implement RD and pre-product prototype solutions - Productivize NLP/ML algorithms - Define a path to implementation with IT teams - Stay abreast of the new developments in Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning (ML). Contribute to the research strategy and technical culture of the team - Mentor others in the use of AI/ML Skills Required : - Extremely curious and relentless at figuring out solutions to problems - Relevant hands-on experience in Data Science, ML, and AI techniques - Should have worked on NLP projects extensively - Experience in neural networks, regression, classification, and clustering - Experience of handling various data types and structures: structured and unstructured data, validating and cleaning data, and measuring evaluation - Excellent understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms, decision forests, etc.
-Experience with relational databases and proficiency in using query languages such as SQL, Hive, Pig - Knowledge of Big Data platforms like Hadoop and its eco-system - High-level proficiency in statistical tools like R - Proficiency in programming languages like Java/C/C /Python - Experience with Deep Learning tools is an advantage - Mentoring others in the use of AI/ML
