Senior Business Systems Analyst - MS Dynamics AX Functional (4-12 Yrs) Bangalore (Systems/Product Software)

MAIN MISSIONS : - Coordinate and animate the AX team on dedicated streams - Ensure the alignment between business processes and IT solutions - Conduct the functional workshops with business users Prepare functional specifications and test the desired solution - Lead weekly status meetings and help to prepare for steering committees JOB OBJECTIVES : - Responsible for tracking and managing the project throughout the design, build and implementation phases of the project.
-This includes system requirements, tasks management and direction of the partners and internal key resources, management of the transition process, thorough documentation throughout the project (status reports, risk management, resources allocation, etc.) and the management of the training for new systems ERP Project deployment - Business case (Project proposal, Statement of work, RACI) preparation with project sponsors.
-Document the general functional specifications (Blue Print) related to standard to-be business processes in the new system - Take into account the whole application cartography in collaboration with the technical team to proposed the best approach to answer business requirements - Estimate the workload for specification, data migration and development with the help of technical team - Define data flow mapping (interfaces), integration principles (system owning the data, transformation rules - ) - Document functional specification related to gaps identified in design workshops - Define and organize the data migration strategy (stages/sequences, planning for the development, cleansing tasks, data enrichment and execution of the migration - ) - Functional Setup and Configurations of the system - Define, organize, execute test plan and prepare test data sets - Define and coordinate Go Live cut over plan - To be responsible for project schedule, budget and quality Team lead and Team coordination - Define and Organize the AX training - Groom juniors - Coordinate the different resources involved on the project HIERARCHICAL RELATIONSHIP : - Reporting to the AX Practice Head hierarchically and Global Project directors functionally OTHER RELATIONSHIPS : - Work closely with the Technical Architect on the solution design - Work closely with the Project Management Officer to plan, track and control the project - Work closely with the AX practice head on grooming juniors - Work closely with the HR team for any recruitment interviews SIMPLE CRITERIA TO ASSESS : Language : English Business/Technical skills : - In-depth knowledge of AX functionalities, primarily on Finance modules is required - Basic knowledge on trade and logistics is also required - End to End implementation with AX 2012 is preferred - Worked on at least 4 full implementations of Dynamics AX - Customer interaction skills to be able to manage the different arbitrations on deliverable timeliness Quality and Budget - Dual role as a delivery manager and a Functional expert - Process improvement background (ITIL expert, Six Sigma), is an added advantage Soft skills : - Ability to work collaboratively and without direct reporting supervision - Good team player who shares knowledge and experience with team members - Thinks clearly and calmly under pressure o Investigates problems to establish real or hidden causes - Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills - Leadership quality to be able to influence without authority - Should place utmost value to client satisfaction - Managerial experiences is an added advantage Certifications: - Microsoft certified on Trade and Logistics or Finance is an added advantage - APICS certification is an added advantage
