Node.js Developer - Javascript/NoSQL (3-5 Yrs) Chennai (Online/Mobile/Web)

Description : - We are looking for a passionate NodeJS Developer to join our backend team.
-The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic developer who is eager to learn and grow his/her skills in the field. Key Responsibilities : - Work as part of a team developing applications and services using agile development methods.
-Contribute to team and organisational improvements in process and infrastructure.
-Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic.
-Work closely with the QATeam, Product Management and Technical Operations as well as business users and Senior Management, as required. Have the drive to become a expert in : - High-Availablity, Low-Latency efficient Systems Development - Unit Testing / Integration Testing - Debugging / Resolving Issues - Writing well-designed, re-usable, readable, testable code.
-Continuous Improvement Knowledge, Skills & Experience : Required : - Strong background in Javascript or CoffeeScript, and at least 2 years of working with NodeJS and ExpressJS.
-Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and other web technologies.
-Thorough understanding of SDLC, specifically development in agile environments. Experience in developing RESTful Web Services for a Micro-services architected system.
-Proficient working with relational databases such as MySQL or PostrgeSQL. Strong working knowledge in Unix/Linux.
-No compromise attitude on Coding Standards and Best Practices in developing highly efficient and effective applications. Advantageous : - Experience working with NoSQL database technologies such as MongoDB or DynamoDB.
-Understanding of UI / UX technologies such as AngularJS, NodeJS, ReactJS etc.
-Knowledge on various Micro-services architectural design patterns.
-Hands-on experience in deploying the NodeJS application in Nginx or any other web servers.
-Hands-on experience in Monitoring & Management of NodeJS applications using : 1. PM2 or any other alternatives libraries. 2. SAAS Experience.
