Senior Manager - .Net/C# (13-18 Yrs) Chennai (Systems/Product Software)

Job Background/context : - The technology team is responsible for building and maintaining a platform that supports Sales, trading, Risk management and other Front Office functions for the business.
-The main Trading Risk management application is deployed worldwide and used by over a thousand people. The application is extensively used for risk management of FxOptions.
-The current role is within markets technology to build the software necessary to calculate various risk numbers needed by the FxOptions business. It is a hands-on development role that will offer exposure to the full development cycle, whilst working closely with the front office business. Key Responsibilities : - Manage a team of around 15 members - Manage the work-slate and coordinate with the global teams - Ensure delivery within tight timelines and meeting the teams expectation - Get involved in the entire lifecycle of the development project - Understand the requirement and ensure quality deliverables - Ensure quality and optimized coding with proper : - 13 years of experience in software development - Strong C# skills - Strong analytical and problem solving skills - Experience in design and development - Be a team player and be able to work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams - Be able to work with low levels of supervision Skills : - Excellent C# and .NET skills - OOAD - Good understanding of design patterns - Work Experience in Gemfire, Messaging Systems - Work Experience in Sql Server, OLAP, SSAS - Very good all-round technology skills
