Pega Developer/Lead - CSA/CSSA (4-12 Yrs) Bangalore/Chennai (Systems/Product Software)

Currently we are hiring for Pega developer/Lead for one of our client for Bangalore and Chennai : Face to Face (Bangalore Chennai) Interview day : Coming Saturday Experience : 4 to 12 Years JD is mentioned below kindly go through it and if you find it relevant do apply. 1) Pega Developer : - Good experience in Pega - Should have a certification in Pega CSA/CSSA - Thorough knowledge in below is a must. Technical area components : - Building flows, UI, Activities, Decision Rules, Reports, Rule set, rule resolution process, Approval processes of Pega, Org Structure building, Reporting structure development - Pega DCO practice, Pega Bix, Case designing, Pega tracer, - Hands on any Web service Interface Skills required for role : - SSD implementation, UTP preparation and execution - Be a team member/contributor or a leader on situational basis 2) Pega Lead : - Pega certified Lead system architects with at least 2-3 years of experience as a Lead architect (Pega CSSA As well, but should be really strong in Pega Design ) - Provide better alternate design solutions as applicable.
-Should be able to understand the overall Enterprise class structure and see how best the existing and new Pega application design can fit into.
-Should have knowledge in Refactoring of Existing Pega applications to align to the Enterprise class structure - Should be able to mentor and guide Senior/Junior Pega Leads and Developers and perform Review of the Technical design across applications.
-To be able to contribute for establishing standards / best practices for the COE team - To be able to review design solutions provided for complex technical scope and suggest changes.
-Should have considerable expertise in the Server configurations, preferably in web-logic - Should be able to provide the SME expertise for complex issues.
-Added advantage is the candidate has expertise in implementing Pega solutions in Docker / ODP platforms.
-Should be able to provide solution of integrating of Bank complex systems - Pega Framework expertise like DSM, CPMC etc. would be added advantage.
-SME in implementing SOAP/Rest Web-services.
-Need to take part in Workshops with Business to understand the program objectives and help in the overall solution and estimation from Pega scope of work - Experience working with Banking customer

Required Skills : English
