JOB DESCRIPTION : PROJECT MANAGER - Extensive experience in defining project schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value, organizing and leading project status and working meetings, preparing and distributing progress reports, managing risks and issues, correcting deviations from plans and performing delivery planning for assigned projects - Expertise in planning projects with flair adoption of modern methodologies; complying with quality as per ITIL practices contributing to continuous improvement for organizations benefit - Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Remedy - High integrity energetic leader with excellent communication and people management skills; known for capability to envision and create successful outcomes through quick grasping learning skills Responsibilities : - Head the service operation and provide broader delivery leadership.
-Ensure client relationship, program review, retention and expansion - Manages a large team having responsibility for project, people and performance.
-Initiate, lead, and participate in service delivery performance improvement plan.
-Ensure financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, cost follow up, cost benchmarking cost monitoring - Managing the entire gamut of service delivery using an evidence informed approach to improve outcomes for clients - Ensuring effective maintenance of communicative network between internal and external customers; instituting necessary process controls and ensuring compliance with the same - Working on multi customer environment ensuring successful delivery of transitions with due adherence to SLAs - Specifying systems, processes and methodologies, to ensure effective monitoring, control and support of service delivery; attending client service review meetings comprising performance reports, service improvements, quality and processes - Ensure transfer of knowledge to other staff ensuring better understanding of customers systems; assured resilient service delivery to the customers - Assuring the company tools and information systems are utilized correctly and relevant information is provided - Organize project plan activities, task assignments, track activities against the plan, make quality checks - Responsible for regular review meetings with down-level managers and report to the management as on when required Chennai (Navalur client place)
